We believe that our firm and investment approach is unique relative to most investment management organizations. Our philosophy is to invest in quality small and medium sized growth companies with accelerating earnings momentum. We are consistent and select our investments primarily from a universe list of 100 companies. This list is compiled and maintained by a continuous and extensive fundamental analysis combined with technical analysis and consultation with leading professional firms and analysts that specialize in smaller company research. It represents a quality group of companies within our market segment. We do not emphasize asset plays, turnarounds or large companies with small capitalizations. Since we emphasize growth companies, the majority of our potential investments is focused on health care and technology – two of the more rapidly growing sectors of our economy. Finally, our firm was formed to specialize in smaller company investing and we are dedicated to this effort.
